Orders for 2020-2021 planners will open on June 1, 2020. The deadline for the first order of planners will be June 15, 2020.
I appreciate your patience. In order to provide a fully customized planner at a reasonable price, I have my printing done out of state. My orders are placed in large batches to make the process more efficient, and I leave a lot of extra time in case there are mistakes or damages incurred in shipping.
If you cannot pick your planner up, you must have it shipped. However, please note the following about shipping:
Provided shipping times are based on when the item is shipped and do not reflect production times. In other words - choosing 2-day shipping does not mean your planner will arrive 2 days after your order is placed! Whether picked up or shipped, planners will be produced on the timetable as listed above. Two-day shipping costs only cover the cost of postage through USPS, not a rush order. Thank you for understanding!
I will do deliveries to several schools. I do not deliver to all schools, and I do not provide home delivery. If you cannot pick your planner up in Martinez on one of the following dates, you must have it shipped.

- Sunday, July 26 | TBD (12p - 3p)
- Monday, July 27: SCHOOL DELIVERY to select schools
- Monday, July 27: Sparkle Pop Home Office (4p - 6p)
- Wednesday, August 7: 4p - 6p
Please also note that July 25 is a goal. Historically, I have always delivered on time, with the occasional snafu that affects one or two people out of several hundred. I will always do my very best to make sure all planners are ready by this date. If there are issues, I will take responsibility for fixing them and getting your planner to you. But I do not provide refunds or discounts for this reason, as the labor has been done and the planner paid for. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions along the way!
